Биография
Начал танцевать в школе «Сокольники» в 1961-1963 гг.
В 1963-1965 гг. – член студии МГДУ
В 1965 г. – лауреат Московского городского конкурса исполнителей бальных танцев и постоянный участник турниров в Прибалтике
В 1965-1968 гг. – участник международных конкурсов «Рижская осень» -66, 67,68, «Янтарная пара» (Каунас) 1966,67,68 гг., 2Таллин-68,69, причем зачастую был единственным представителем Москвы
В 1966 г. – организовал свою студию в ДК «Химик»
В 1967 г. провел 1ый в Москве межгородской конкурс исполнителей бального танца по международной программе (судьи – Ч.Норвайша, Т.Петрейкис, Юрий Елинек и др.)
С 1966 г. по 1976 г. – в судии ДК «Химик» занимались Станислав Попов, Виктор Попов, Александр Чекоткин, Виктор Донской, Владимир Секлянников, Евгения Калиничева, Борис Федорченко и др.
В 1973 г.в ЧССР – участник и полуфиналист IV Чемпионата танцоров социалистических стран
В 1975-1976 гг. - полуфиналист международных конкурсов в Венгрии
С 1968 по 1983 гг. – преподавал предмет «Современный танец» в Московском хореографическом училище, ГИТИСе и на Высших режиссёрских курсах
В 1980 г.окончил ГИТИС, балетмейстерский факультет по специальности «режиссура балета» и получил диплом балетмейстер.
С 1975 по 1980 гг. – распорядитель концертов-балов ГЦКЗ «Россия», где зрительный зал после концерта переворачивался и трансформировался в бальный зал.
С 1976 г. по настоящее время – художественный руководитель Школы бального танца во Дворце Культуры ЗИЛ, руководитель народного коллектива «Ансамбль бального танца Бруно Белоусова», заслуженный работник Культуры РФ, член Президиума Российского Танцевального Союза.

In 1975-1976-semifinalist of international competitions in Hungary
From 1968 to 1983 he taught the subject "Modern dance" at the Moscow choreographic school, GITIS and at the Higher directing courses
In 1980 he graduated from GITIS, the ballet master's Department with a degree in ballet direction and received a diploma of ballet master.
From 1975 to 1980 he was the Manager of concerts and balls of the sccz "Russia", where the auditorium after the concert was turned over and transformed into a ballroom.
From 1976 to the present-artistic Director of the school of ballroom dance in the Palace of Culture ZIL, head of the folk group "ballroom dance Ensemble Bruno Belousova", honored worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, member of the Presidium of The Russian Dance Union.
